Infrastruktursupport. Es werden u.a. folgende Leistungen benötigt: - Wartung, Pflege, Support (Help-Desk-System), Störungsbeseitigung sowie Optimierung, Weiterentwicklung und Aktualisierung der IT-Umgebung. - Beratung des Auftraggebers im Rahmen von IT-Anliegen und Projekten. - Unterstützung bei der Bereitstellung von Fachanwendungen sowie der inhaltlichen Betreuung auf Anforderung von Fachanwendungen. - Kernstück des Datacenters -Betreuung, Support und Ausbau des Storage auf Basis eines vorhandenen NetApp Cluster. - Unterstützung des IT Personals des Auftraggebers auf allen genannten Gebieten. - Fachliche Unterstützung und Befähigung des IT-Personals des Auftraggebers in der Arbeit und dem Umgang mit eingesetzten und einzusetzenden IT-Systemen und Fachanwendungen. - Vorbereitung und Durchführung von IT-Infrastrukturerneuerungen (siehe 3.5 und 4 der Leistungsbeschreibung). - Mitwirkung von Behördenumzügen bezogen auf den IT-Bereich (Rechenzentrum/ Nutzer/ Arbeitsplatztechnik).
