Erneuerung der Hausdruckerei-Lösung Es wird die Bereitstellung von 2 farbverbindlichen (Fogra) Multifunktionssystemen einschließlich der erforderlichen Steuersoftware für die Ausstattung der zentralen Hausdruckerei mit korrespondierenden Service-/Dienstleistungen ausgeschrieben (Kalkulationsgrundlage 1,0 Mio. S/W-Seiten und 2,0 Mio. Farbseiten p.a.). Der Auftragnehmer stellt unter anderem auch die Versorgung der Geräte mit sämtlichen Verbrauchsmaterialien (außer Papier) bereit. Der Auftrag wird nicht explizit als Rahmenvereinbarung ausgeschrieben. Jedoch bedingen die in der Natur der Sache liegenden nicht präzise bestimmbaren Druckmengen einen rahmenvertraglichen Charakter beim Umfang der Leistung. Die im Preisteil angegebenen Volumina dienen lediglich als Richtwerte für die Kalkulation im Rahmen des Vergabeverfahrens. Eine Abnahmeverpflichtung für ein bestimmtes Druck- / Kopiervolumen wird hierdurch nicht begründet. 1 System dient als reines Produktionssystem. Das zweite System ist mit einer umfangreichen, mit dem System verbunden Endverarbeitung für anspruchsvolle Druckaufgaben auszustatten (fest in einer Linie). Die geplante Lösung besteht im Zusammenspiel aus verschiedenen Soft- und Hardwarekomponenten und muss die beschriebenen Anforderungen abdecken. Die Konzeption der Lösung muss einen durchgehenden Workflow abbilden.
