Description

Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung und Installation von Druck- und Multifunktionssystemen einschließlich Software und Full-Service an verschiedenen Standorten des Auftraggebers auf Basis eines All-in-Miet- und Full-Service-Vertrages. Die Vergütung erfolgt über monatliche Mietraten für die Nutzung der Systeme und Software. Wartung, Tonerversorgung und sonstige Serviceleistungen werden im Pay-per-Click-Modell abgerechnet, d. h. es werden ausschließlich die tatsächlich gedruckten s/w- und Farbseiten berechnet. Ein Mindestabnahmevolumen ist nicht vorgesehen. Die Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme sowie Rücknahme der Systeme (vgl. Punkt A.13 des Leistungsverzeichnisses) sind im Mietpreis enthalten. Systemumzüge während der Vertragslaufzeit werden bei Bedarf durch den Auftragnehmer durchgeführt (optionale Leistungen). Entsprechende Umzugspauschalen werden separat vergütet und nur im Bedarfsfall abgerufen.
