Description

Die Deutsche Energy Terminal GmbH, eine 100 %-ige Tochtergesellschaft der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, schreibt einen Rahmenvertrag über die Durchführung von Peilungen und Strömungsmessungen im Bereich des LNG- Anlandeterminals Wilhelmshaven (FSRU WHV02) aus. Der Umfang der auftragsgegenständlichen Leistungen ist der Leistungsbeschreibung (Anlage II) zu entnehmen. Die Auftraggeberin schreibt im Wege eines offenen Verfahrens Leistungen der Peilungen und Strömungsmessung für die FSRU WHV02 aus. Im Rahmen des Betriebs der FSRU WHV02 sind kontinuierliche Monitoring-Maßnahmen erforderlich. Ziel ist die Erfassung von Veränderungen im Strömungs- und Sedimentregime, die Sicherstellung der Kielfreiheit im Wendebecken und der Liegewanne sowie die Überwachung des Kolkschutzes im Bereich der Anlegedalben und die Kontrolle der Kabel- und TCP-Überdeckung. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere: (1) ADCP-Strömungsmessungen: Messungen an den Langzeit-Profilen des Jade-Weser-Ports mit jährlicher Berichterstattung an die Behörden, (2) Bathymetrische Peilungen: Regelmäßige Peilungen der Umgebung, des Wendebeckens, des Zufahrtsbereichs sowie Überwachung des Kolkschutzes, der Kabeltrasse und der TCP-Trasse, (3) Datenaufbereitung und Dokumentation: Erstellung digitaler Geländemodelle, Peilpläne, Karten und Berichte sowie Übergabe aller Daten an die Auftraggeberin. Die Leistungen sind nachfolgend spezifiziert. Ergebnisse sind digital (Rohdaten + Auswertung) sowie als Berichte und Kartenmaterial der Auftraggeberin vorzulegen.
