Description

Die Auftraggeberin schreibt auf Basis der Leistungsbeschreibung (Anlage 03) sowie der weiteren Vergabeunterlagen im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb einen Rahmenvertrag über die externe Unterstützung bei der Krisenkommunikation aus. Die Leistungen gliedern sich in (1) die strategische Analyse und Bewertung der bestehenden Kommunikationsstrukturen- und prozesse der DET, einschließlich der Identifikation kommunikativer Schwachstellen und entsprechender Handlungsempfehlungen, (2) die anschließende Entwicklung eines standortübergreifenden, ganzheitlichen Krisenkommunikationskonzepts mitsamt praxisorientiertem Handbuch mit Checklisten und Ablaufplänen sowie (3) die operative Unterstützung der Krisenkommunikation der DET durch die Konzeption und den Betrieb einer jederzeit erreichbaren Kommunikationseinheit (Callcenter) sowie die Bereitstellung erfahrener Seniorberater im Krisenfall und die Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung standortbezogener Krisenübungen.
