Description

Der Ausschreibungsgegenstand umfasst drei Lose, welche die unterschiedlichen klinischen Einsatzbereiche des Universitätsklinikums Frankfurt (Universal, Kardiologie, Gynäkologie) abdecken. Auftragsgegenstand ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung gemäß § 21 (3) VgV über die Lieferung und den Betrieb neuer Ultraschallgeräte in verschiedenen Fachdisziplinen (Universal-, Kardiologie- und Gynäkologie-Ultraschallgeräte) für die jeweils ein entsprechendes Los zum Gegenstand der Ausschreibung gemacht wurde. Die Ausschreibung hat damit insgesamt drei Rahmenvereinbarungen mit einer Laufzeit von jeweils vier Jahren zum Gegenstand. Innerhalb dieses Zeitraums können je nach Bedarf Geräte gemäß dem maximal sich aus der Bekanntmachung ergebenden Kontingent abgerufen werden. Während der Vertragslaufzeit kann der Auftraggeber die Lieferung von Ultraschallgeräten beauftragen, indem dem Vertragspartner Einzelaufträge gemäß Rahmenvereinbarung erteilt werden. Weitere Vertragsbedingungen können dem Entwurf der Rahmenvereinbarung entnommen werden. Die Losaufteilung gestaltet sich wie folgt: • Lieferung von Universal-Ultraschallgeräten (Los 1): Insgesamt bis zu 57 Systeme, aufgeteilt in Basis- und High-End-Geräte für den Einsatz in Allgemeinmedizin, Innerer Medizin, Notfallversorgung, Chirurgie, Orthopädie und Intensivmedizin (siehe insbesondere hierzu Leistungsverzeichnis) • Lieferung von Kardiologie-Ultraschallgeräten (Los 2): Insgesamt bis zu 16 Systeme, aufgeteilt in Basis- und High-End-Geräte für kardiale Diagnostik (inkl.
