Description

Ersatzbeschafft werden soll ein leistungsstarkes System für die passive, optische Navigation bestehend aus einem mobilen Touchdisplay-Cart und einem separaten Infrarotkamera-Cart zur flexiblen Positionierung im OP, inkl. großem 32" 4k Touchdisplay zur Steuerung sämtlicher Funktionen. Es soll über eine spinale Navigationssoftware inkl. Möglichkeit der Oberflächenregistrierung von präoperativen CT-Daten für offene Eingriffe verfügen. Es soll eine Bildbetrachtungssoftware enthalten inkl. der Möglichkeit, intraoperativ per „Volume Rendering“ 3D Rekonstruktionen von DICOM Daten (CT, MR, PET, SPECT) zu erstellen. Intraoperative Bildfusionssoftware für die Fusion von präoperative MRT und CT-Scans zu intraoperativen 3D C-Bogen Scans für eine simultane Navigation auf präoperativen und intraoperativen Daten muss ermöglicht werden. Weitere Funktionalitäten: Serverbasierte automatische Schraubenplanungssoftware, Integration und automatische Registrierung eines 3D C-Bogens für die spinale Navigation, Offenes & Implantat-unabhängiges System für die Integration von unterschiedlichen Instrumentensystemen durch einen standardisierten K-Draht Workflow für kanüllierte Implantat Systeme mit Hilfe eines navigierten Drillguides, Instrumentensiebe für 2 navigierte Eingriffe pro Tag.
