Description

Retrofit Gleichrichterunterwerk (GUW) Mitte Das GUW Mitte, Baujahr 2006 ist derzeit mit der speicherprogrammierbaren Steuerung des Typs AEG A250 für die Feld- und Stationsleittechnik ausgerüstet. Der Hersteller hat diese Hardwarekomponenten abgekündigt. Aufgrund des Dauerbetriebes von mehr als 175.000 Stunden und sich häufender Ausfälle der Feld- und Stationsleittechnik sowie des Streckenschutzes sind Schutz- und Steuerfunktionen nicht mehr dauerhaft intakt und sollen nach dem aktuellen Stand der Technik neu errichtet werden. Das GUW Mitte wurde von der Firma Balfour Beatty ausgerüstet. Die speicherprogrammierbaren Steuerungen des Typs AEG A120 wurde bei dem o.g. GUW innerhalb der Streckenfelder der Gleichspannungsanlagen eingesetzt und damit Funktionen zum Anlagenschutz sowie Steuerungsfunktionen realisiert. Weiterhin werden Daten von den Mittelspannungsanlagen zur Stationsleittechnik kommuniziert. Diese Felddaten werden an eine so genannte Master-SPS (ZSPS, AEG A250) übertragen, verarbeitet und mittels Industrie-PC vor Ort visualisiert. Für die notwendige Software des Betriebssystems ist eine aktuelle Version vorzusehen.
