Im Zuge einer Teilsanierungsmaßnahme der Stadt Bad Segeberg sollen Lampenköpfe von konventioneller Beleuchtungstechnik auf LED-Technik umgestellt werden. Das Anschlusskabel der Leuchtenköpfe ist bis zur Mastklappe (Kabelübergangskasten) mit auszutauschen. Die Maßnahme erhält eine Zuwendung aus dem Klima- und Transformationsfonds, Zukunkft - Umwelt - Gesellschaft (ZUG) gGmbH, Stresemannstraße 69-71, 10963 Berlin, Förderkennzeichen: 67K32812. Ihre Programme und Projekte decken ein breites Spektrum an Klimaschutzaktivitäten ab: Von der Entwicklung langfristiger Strategien bis hin zu konkreten Hilfestellungen und investiven Fördermaßnahmen.
