Für die Bestandsgebäude der Gräfin-Sayn-Schule in Drolshagen besteht ein baulicher, funktionaler sowie teilweise energetischer Sanierungsbedarf. Zudem ist eine Anpassung an aktuelle pädagogische Anforderungen sowie an moderne Nutzungs- und Raumkonzepte vorgesehen. Im Zuge der geplanten Maßnahmen werden Umbau-, Modernisierungs-, Sanierungs- sowie Teilabbruch- und Erweiterungsmaßnahmen erforderlich. Die Liegenschaftsadresse lautet: Gräfin-Sayn-Schule Am Buscheid 2 57489 Drolshagen Gebäudebeschreibung: Die bestehende Schulanlage der Gräfin-Sayn-Schule besteht aus mehreren miteinander verbundenen bzw. separaten Gebäudeteilen unterschiedlicher Baujahre. Die Gebäude umfassen: • Unterrichts- und Klassenräume • Verwaltungs- und Nebenräume • Sanitärbereiche • Fachräume sowie ergänzende Nutzflächen Die Gebäude sind teilweise mehrgeschossig ausgeführt und über befestigte Schulhofflächen sowie interne Wege miteinander verbunden. Die Außenanlagen bestehen überwiegend aus: • asphaltierten Schulhofflächen • befestigten Zugangs- und Verkehrsflächen • Grün- und Aufenthaltsbereichen Neues Nutzungskonzept: Im Rahmen der geplanten Baumaßnahme wird die bestehende Schulanlage abschnittsweise weiterentwickelt und modernisiert. Die Maßnahmen umfassen insbesondere: • Teilabbruch einzelner Gebäudebereiche, die den heutigen Anforderungen nicht mehr entsprechen • Sanierung und Modernisierung von Bestandsgebäuden, insbesondere im Hinblick auf: • energetische Verbesserung (Dach, Fassade, Fenster) • funktionale Anpassung der Grundrisse • brandschutztechnische Ertüchtigung • Umbauarbeiten im Innenbereich zur Anpassung an das aktuelle Raumprogramm • Ergänzende Neubau- bzw. Erweiterungsmaßnahmen Die Bauausführung erfolgt in mehreren Bauabschnitten, um den Schulbetrieb aufrechtzuerhalten. Die auszuschreibende Leistung betrifft die Tiefbauarbeiten für den 1.
