Description

Forschungsanlage autonomer Spulenwechsel Bei dieser Ausschreibung handelt es sich um die Beschaffung einer Forschungsanlage zur Realisierung autonomer Spulenwechsel an unterschiedlichen ein- und doppelseitigen Gattern mit aktuell 48 Spulstellen (24 Spulstellen pro Seite). Die Anlage soll die derzeitigen und zukünftigen technischen Möglichkeiten realisieren können, um damit weitere Forschungsaktivitäten abbilden und testen zu können. Es soll damit aufgezeigt werden, dass der Spulenwechsel von verschiedenen Spulenarten ohne den Eingriff eines Maschinenbedieners erfolgen kann und mit dem derzeitigen Stand der Sicherheitstechnik auch keine Umzäunung des Sicherheitsbereiches erforderlich ist, um eine solche Anlagensystems zukünftig zu realisieren. Dies ist insbesondere im gesamten Bereich der Textilindustrie sinnvoll, da in dieser Industrie noch sehr konservatives Denken vorherrscht und keine Veränderung der bestehenden Anlagentechnik angestrebt wird. Zudem ist in der Textilindustrie der Grad der Automatisierung noch sehr gering und der Anteil körperlich schwerer Arbeit hoch (manueller Spulenwechsel von 5 kg bis 25 kg Spulen). Daher wird ein autonomer Spulenwechsel mit entsprechender Sicherheitstechnik die Mitarbeiter in der Textilindustrie zum einen körperlich und auch hinsichtlich des Arbeitsumfanges entlasten. Dadurch würden wichtige Mitarbeiterkapazitäten frei, die für wertschöpfendere Tätigkeiten eingesetzt werden können, was dazu führt, dass die Arbeitsplätze in der Textilindustrie attraktiver werden. Das ist insbesondere in Zeiten des Fachkräftemangels von entscheidender Bedeutung für die Textilunternehmen, da hier oftmals im Schichtsystem gearbeitet wird. Des Weiteren ist anzumerken, dass innerhalb der Forschungsanlage auch Carbonfaserspulen gewechselt werden. Diese sind aber in Schutzfolien eingeschweißt, sodass von diesen Spulen keine akute Gefahr zur Bildung von Carbonfaserstaub ausgehen sollte. Trotzdem müssen Vorkehrungen und Bedienungsanweisungen getroffen werden, die das Eindringen von Carbonfasern in die Komponenten der Anlage und insbesondere in die elektronischen Komponenten der Anlage vermeiden.
