A 565 AK Bonn Nord (o) bis AS Bonn Beuel (inkl. Rheinbrücke) - BIM-Management und BIM-Gesamtkoordination Ort der Leistung: Die Autobahn 565 ist im Bereich der Stadt Bonn Teil eines äußeren Autobahnringes. Die Maßnahme umfasst den Bereich vom AK Bonn-Nord (ohne Kreuz) bis zur AS Bonn-Beuel östlich des Rheins, incl. der AS Bonn-Auerberg und der AS Bonn-Beuel. Im betrachteten Streckenabschnitt befinden sich mehrere Bauwerke, die im Hinblick auf Abbruch und Neubau berücksichtigt werden müssen. Art und Umfang der Leistung: Aktuell befindet sich das Projekt in der Leistungsphase 2 HOAI (Vorplanung), welche von einer Ingenieurgemeinschaft auch mittels Building Information Modeling (BIM) umgesetzt wird. Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes wird voraussichtlich im 1. Quartal 2026 die Vorzugsvariante festlegen. Nach der Leistungsphase 2 HOAI (Vorplanung) wird das Projekt mehrere parallellaufende Verfahren und Verträge umfassen, darunter: - Verkehrsanlagenplanung sowie Umweltplanung (inkl. Geotechnik) für die Leistungsphasen 3 und 4 gemäß HOAI - Gestaltungs- und Realisierungswettbewerb für den konstruktiven Ingenieurbau der Rheinbrücke Bonn-Nord (LPH 3 und 6) - Verkehrsanlagenplanung für die LPH 5 und 6 HOAI. Der Einsatz von Building Information Modeling (BIM) soll im Projekt dabei helfen, Planungsprozesse und Informationsflüsse effizienter zu gestalten und die Kommunikation zwischen den Beteiligten zu verbessern. Angesichts der Größe sowie der vertraglichen und technischen Komplexität des Projekts beabsichtigt der Auftraggeber, ein BIM-Management extern sowie eine BIM-Gesamtkoordination zu beauftragen. Diese sollen dem Projektteam ab Beginn der Leistungsphase 3 nach HOAI (geplant ab April 2026) bis zum Start des Genehmigungsverfahren zzgl. einem Monat Übergangszeit (bis 01/2029) professionell zur Seite stehen.
