Der aktuelle Wartungsvertrag zum Betrieb der Leitstellentechnik der Integrierten Leitstelle des Landkreises Mecklenburgische Seenplatte endet zum 30. Juni 2026. Ziel dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die weitere Bereitstellung entsprechender Serviceleistungen als auch der Kauf von Hardwaretechnik sowie eine Garantieverlängerung bereits vorhandener Hardware für den weiteren Betrieb der Leitstellentechnik der Integrierten Leitstelle des Landkreises Mecklenburgische Seenplatte mit Vertragsbeginn 01. Juli 2026. Die Möglichkeit einer späteren Vertragsüberleitung an den Eigenbetrieb Rettungsdienst des Landkreises Mecklenburgische Seenplatte muss zwingend gegeben sein. Los 1: Garantieverlängerung Hardware Einsatzleitsystem und Service- und Instandhaltungsleistungen - Position 1: Garantieverlängerung Hardware Einsatzleitsystem (24 Monate) - Position 2: Service- und Instandhaltungsleistungen Einsatzleitsystem und dazugehörige Komponenten (Mindestvertragslaufzeit 60 Monate mit automatischer Verlängerung bei Nichtkündigung). Los 2: Hardwaretausch und Servicevertrag Multimedia Emergency Control Center (MECC) und Leitstellenkommunikation - Position 1: Hardwaretausch - Aktualisierung Hardware Bediengeräte und Clients (Kauf). - Position 2: Service- und Instandhaltungsleistungen Sinus Multimedia Emergency Control Center (MECC) / Leitstellenkommunikation (Mindestvertragslaufzeit 60 Monate mit automatischer Verlängerung bei Nichtkündigung).
