Description

Zur Stärkung von Körper und Geist im Rahmen des Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements der Auftraggeberin soll den Beschäftigten die tägliche Nutzung eines arbeitgeberseitig bezuschussten Firmenfitnessangebots (ein umfängliches und vielseitiges Sportangebot über ein Verbundsystem) zur Verfügung, ermöglicht werden. Das Angebot soll für alle Beschäftigten der Auftraggeberin an den Standorten Berlin, Bonn und Hannover gelten. Es wird von ca.130 teilenehmenden Mitabeitern ausgegangen, die über 48 Monate (vier Jahre) am Firmenfitness teilnehmen.Die ALDB GmbH bezuschusst den Beitrag mit 30,- Euro siehe Preisblatt. Die Mehrheit Beschäftigten der Auftraggeberin (ca. 70%) arbeiten am Standort Berlin. Daher wird der Fokus auf die Sportangebote im Stadtgebiet Berlin und Umgebung gelegt. Es wird ein kostengünstiges "Basic-Angebot" gefordert, um allen Beschäftigten unabhängig vom Gehalt die Teilnahme zu ermöglichen. Das "Basic-Angebot" orientiert sich an reinen Sportangeboten wie Fitnesstraining und -kurse, Schwimmen, Yoga, Pilates oder auch Klettern und Bouldern. Im "Basic-Angebot" haben die Beschäftigten mindestens 1-mal täglich (auch an Sonn- und Feiertagen) die Möglichkeit, die reinen Sportangebote zu nutzen. Hier gibt es je Standort eine Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Sportarten- und Sportstätten. Neben den stationären Sportangeboten werden auch Online-Kurse angeboten, die unabhängig vom Standort genutzt werden können. Zusätzliche Angebote wie Massagen, elektrische Muskelstimulation, besondere Wellnessangebote, Getränke etc. sind nicht zwingend im "Basic-Angebot" enthalten. Diese zusätzlichen Angebote können auch individuell von den Beschäftigten auf Wunsch gegen eine Zusatzgebühr dazugebucht werden (z.B. als Zusatzpaket). Beschäftigte können das Sportangebot des Auftragsnehmers in ganz Deutschland nutzen (z.B. auf Dienstreisen oder im Urlaub). Details zum "Basic-Angebot" und den angebotenen Kursen in den jeweiligen Standorten der Auftraggeberin werden im Anforderungskatalog abgefragt, der Vertragsbestandteil ist.
