Gegenstand der zu schließenden Vereinbarung ist die Durchführung von geplanten 200 Veranstaltungen pro Jahr in den Jahren 2027 bis 2028 im Rahmen eines Präventionsprojekts in Horten an Grundschulen in Sachsen-Anhalt im Handlungsfeld Bewegung. Gesundheitssport ist ein unverzichtbarer Bestandteil der Gesundheitsvorsorge. Körperlich sportliche Aktivitäten gehören zu den zentralen Faktoren der Erhaltung von Gesundheit und decken sich mit dem Grundanspruch der AOK Sachsen-Anhalt - Die Gesundheitskasse. Die Maßnahmen orientieren sich am Präventionsprinzip "Reduzierung von Bewegungsmangel durch gesundheitssportliche Aktivität". Das Projekt "Bewegter Hort" soll das gesunde Auf- und Heranwachsen von Kindern fördern und soll landesweit in Horten an Grundschulen angeboten werden. Ziel ist dabei die Förderung der Freude an Sport und Bewegung für die Hortkinder (im Alter von 6 bis 11 Jahren) sowie die Vermittlung alltagstauglicher Impulse für einen bewegungsförderlichen Hortalltag.
