Die Medizinische Universität Lausitz - Carl Thiem ist eine junge Universitätsmedizin und der größte Arbeitgeber in Cottbus mit rund 1.200 Betten und knapp 3.000 Mitarbeitenden aus mehr als 40 Ländern. Als bedeutendes Leitkrankenhaus und Universität gestalten wir die Zukunft der Gesundheitsversorgung in der Modellregion Gesundheit Lausitz. Wir bieten umfassende Maximalversorgung mit 22 Kliniken und 4 Instituten für jährlich über 150.000 Patienten/innen sowie ein inspirierendes Umfeld für Forschung und Lehre. Im Rahmen des Krankenhauszukunftsgesetzes wurden für den Fördertatbestand 2 (FTB 2) Fördermittel beantragt. Die MUL-CT plant die Ausschreibung eines Patientenportals und einer Entlassmanagementplattform nach KHZG FTB2. Die Patientenportal-Lösung soll hierbei die gesetzlichen Anforderungen erfüllen und des Weiteren perspektivisch die Anschlussfähigkeit an ein regionales digitales Gesundheitsportal sicherstellen. Das Patientenportal und die Entlassmanagementplattform sollen - einen sicheren, durchgängigen Datenaustausch zwischen Patienten und Behandelnden sektorenübergreifend ermöglichen. - modular und skalierbar sein. - sowohl technisch als auch inhaltlich, in die Digitalstrategie der MUL-CT eingebettet werden Die Einzelheiten sind der Anlage 1 zu diesen Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
