The Pfalzklinikum fuer Psychiatrie und Neurologie AdOeR intends to award a contract for external laboratory services. The contractor collects samples on working days, Monday to Friday, between 14:00 and 16:00 from the laboratory in Building 5 at the Klingenmuenster site, and must transport them properly using vehicles equipped with temperature control, refrigeration and freezing facilities. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, collection is carried out on request by telephone between 11:00 and 14:00 at the admission information centre in Klingenmuenster. Transport and packaging costs must be included in the sample unit prices and transport containers provided free of charge. Results must be delivered immediately after completion, processed on the day of receipt, and critical values reported immediately by telephone or fax.
