Description

Gegenstand der ist die Weiterentwicklung und der Betrieb eines bestehenden Business-Intelligence-Systems auf Basis des bereits eingeführten Systems Qlik für das Land Rheinland-Pfalz und das Saarland. Das bestehende Business-Intelligence-System dient dazu, Daten aus Verkehrsverträgen auszuwerten und zu analysieren sowie abrechnungsrelevante Parameter und vertraglich geforderte Qualitätsanforderungen zu kontrollieren. Das bestehende System Qlik soll auch künftig genutzt und fortentwickelt werden. Dazu ist eine Unterstützung erforderlich. Ein Wechsel auf einen anderen Anbieter ist nicht vorgesehen. Durch die Fortführung des bestehenden Systems sollen vorhandene Datenstrukturen, Schnittstellen, Anwendungen und bereits getätigte Investitionen weiter genutzt werden. Ein Wechsel auf ein anderes System würde erhebliche Anpassungs-, Migrations- und Integrationsaufwände verursachen und ist daher aus technischen und wirtschaftlichen Gründen nicht zweckmäßig. Der Leistungsgegenstand umfasst u.a.: - die Anbindung und Integration von Datenbanken und Datenquellen aus anderen Systemem, - die Einrichtung und Betreuung von Schnittstellen, - die Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Auswertungen und Abfragen, - die Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung produktiver Web-Anwendungen, - Prognosen und Modellierungen, - iFrame-Anwendungen, - die Bereitstellung von Lizenzen, - Beratungs- und Wartungsleistungen. Der Leistungsumfang bezieht sich dabei neben der Unterstützung der Lizenzen für das bestehende System. Die Auftraggeber benötigen für die unterschiedlichen Projekte die Unterstützung zur Umsetzung, die auch sich in Beratungs- und Wartungsaufgaben widerspiegeln. Auch beinhaltet die Leistung Option hinsichtlich der zukünftigen Nutzung von KI.
