Filmproduktionsversicherung und zugehörige Maklerleistung für ARD Degeto Film GmbH, BR, hr, MDR, RB, rbb, SR, SWR, WDR Beginn Ausführungsfrist: 01.10.2026 - 30.09.2028 Die Laufzeit des Rahmenvertrages beträgt 24 Monate. Der Vertrag verlängert sich stillschweigend um 12 Monate, wenn er nicht sechs Monate vor Ablauf von einem der Vertragspartner schriftlich gekündigt wird. Der Vertrag kann maximal zweimal verlängert werden. Die maximale Vertragslaufzeit beträgt somit 48 Monate (bis zum 30.09.2030). Das Gesamtvolumen der auf Grundlage dieser Rahmenvereinbarung abgerufenen zu versichernden Projekte ist auf einen Bruttobetrag von maximal 2.400.000.000 EUR begrenzt. Sobald dieser Höchstbetrag durch Abrufe erreicht ist, endet der Rahmenvertrag automatisch, ohne dass es einer Kündigung bedarf. Eine Abnahmeverpflichtung für diesen Höchstbetrag durch die Auftraggeber besteht nicht.
