German public broadcasters, including ARD Degeto Film GmbH, BR, hr, MDR, RB, rbb, SR, SWR and WDR, are procuring film production insurance together with related insurance brokerage services. The performance period starts on 01.10.2026 and runs to 30.09.2030. The framework agreement initially lasts 24 months and renews automatically for 12 months unless terminated in writing six months before expiry; it can be extended at most twice, giving a maximum term of 48 months. The agreement ends if the annual maximum volume of insured projects, EUR 600,000,000 gross, is reached. There is no obligation to purchase this maximum amount.
