Germany - Scanning - Framework contract for file scanning services

Stadtwerke Bonn GmbH, together with its group companies, intends to award a framework contract for scanning and digitisation of physical file records. The scope includes collection, packaging and secure transport of files in the Bonn area, document preparation, digitisation of standard and complex files and large formats up to at least DIN A0, colour scanning with OCR and searchable PDF/A delivery, secure archiving or optional GDPR-compliant destruction of originals, scan-on-demand services, and quality control with audit-proof documentation. The volume is around 40,000 files, an estimated 16 million pages, ordered in batches over several years.
