Germany - Bicycles - Framework agreement for leasing of company bicycles

A German public sector employer in Germany intends to conclude a framework agreement for the leasing of company bicycles (job bikes). The buyer will act as lessee and conclude transfer-of-use contracts with its employees. The bicycle leasing scheme is based on collective bargaining clauses in the TV-Versorgungsbetriebe (TV-V) and TV-Nahverkehrsbetriebe NW (TV-N NW) agreements and applies to all approximately 2,300 employees covered by the collective agreement on salary conversion for bicycle leasing in the municipal public service.
