Beschaffung von 23 Rettungstransportwagen (RTW) Typ C (davon optional 5 Fahrgestelle als Allrad) Die Feuerwehr Essen beschafft 23 Rettungswagen Typ C nach DIN EN 1846 1 ff, DIN 14502, DIN 13500, 13073, DIN 1865 und nach DIN EN 1789:2024-07 (Typ C) der UVV DGUV V71 Fahrzeuge in den jeweils gültigen Fassungen und nach dem folgenden Leistungsverzeichnis (LVZ) sowie dieser Vorbemerkung. Die Feuerwehr Essen wünscht, dass 5 der 23 Fahrzeuge als 4x4 Allrad-Rettungswagen angeboten werden. Eine entsprechende Option für den Bieter ist im Leistungsverzeichnis enthalten. Dies wird auch im Rahmen der Zuschlagskriterien hinsichtlich der Wirtschaftlichkeitsbewertung bevorzugt (siehe Bewertungsmatrix). Zum Zeitpunkt der Auslieferung müssen die Rettungstransportwagen (RTW) den gültigen DIN- bzw. EN-Vorschriften, der StVZO, den Unfallverhütungsvorschriften, dem DVS-Merkblatt 0211 (Druckgasflaschen in geschlossenen KFZ), dem neuesten Stand der Technik, den sonstigen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und in ihrem Gesamtausbau den gültigen EMV-Bestimmungen entsprechen.
