Landkreis) geeignete und vom Fahrzeuglieferant anerkannte Vertrags werkstätten geben, weil eine lange Abwesenheit des Fahrzeuges vermieden werden muss. Aufgrund der Komplexität der Planung und der Abhängigkeiten zwischen Fahrgestell und Auf bau sowie dem Ziel einer einheitlichen Gewährleistung und der Vermeidung von Beweisschwierigkeiten sind die Lose 1 - Teil A "Fahrgestell" und 2 - Teil B "Wechselkoffersystemaufbau und -ausbau" zusammen anzubieten. Der Anbieter tritt als Generalunternehmer für beide Lose auf und verantwortet damit insbesondere die Verträglichkeit zwischen Fahrgestell und Aufbau.; Für den Wechselkoffersystemaufbau und -ausbau muss es in Deutschland ausreichend viele (im Durchschnitt ca. einmal je kreisfreier Stadt bzw.
