Mit dem Vollwartungsvertrag sollen die vollständige Wartung, Instandhaltung und Instandsetzung, über eine Laufzeit von 8 Jahren, für eine Zwei-Ebenen Linksherzkatheter-Anlage mit den folgenden Systemkomponenten sichergestellt werden: - ARTIS icono biplane - Workplace Embedded - ACUSON Freestyle - Hersteller: Siemens Healthineers AG - Baujahr: Dezember 2025 - Gewährleistung 2 Jahre bis November 2027 Der Vollwartungsvertrag muss mindestens folgende Leistungen enthalten (KO-Kriterien): . -Sicherheitstechnische Kontrollen (STK) gemäß MPBetreibV -Messtechnische Kontrollen (MTK) gemäß MPBetreibV -Durchführung der Konstanzprüfung nach §116 StrlSchV -Durchführung aller turnusmäßigen Wartungs- und Inspektionsarbeiten gemäß den Herstellerangaben und den gesetzlichen Vorschriften -Austausch von Ersatz- und Verschleißsteilen, die gemäß Herstellerangaben bei der Wartung regelmäßig zu wechseln sind -Durchführung der Instandsetzung aufgrund von Schäden ohne Fremdeinwirkung (z.B. Bauteilausfall), die zur Wiederherstellung des Sollzustandes erforderlich sind -Einspielen von regulären Software-Updates und Patches gemäß den Herstellervorgaben -Kostenfreie Lieferung und Austausch aller notwendigen Ersatzteile
