Description

Die FHH - Finanzbehörde - als Auftraggeber beabsichtigt den Abschluss eines Vertrages über die Unterhaltsreinigung in dem Objekt Grundschule Appelhoff, Appelhoff 2, 22309 Hamburg ab dem 19.08.2026 unbefristet. Unterhaltsreinigung (UHR) im Sinne dieser Vergabe bedeutet die Reinigung der Gebäudeinnenflächen und der Einrichtungsgegenstände gemäß dem vertraglichen Reinigungsplan der FHH. Hiervon ausgenommen sind IT-Ausstattungen. Staub- und Spinnweben sind bis Deckenhöhe max. 3,50 m zu entfernen. Für Reinigungsarbeiten über 1,80 m sind ggf. Hilfsmittel einzuplanen. Die Details der nachgefragten Leistung ergeben sich aus den beigefügten Vertragsunterlagen und dem technischen Leistungsverzeichnis (inkl. den Ergänzenden Regelungen).
