Die jährliche Reinigungsfläche beträgt 21.470,44 m² Glasfläche (einseitig gemessen, teilw. ein- und beidseitig zu reinigen). Die Reinigung der Außenjalousien umfasst insgesamt 2.892,53 m² (einseitig gemessen, allseitig zu reinigen), die Reinigung findet einmal während der Vertragslaufzeit statt. Die jährliche Reinigungsgesamtfläche der Außenjalousien beträgt 1.446,27 m² (einseitig gemessen, beidseitig zu reinigen).
