Durchführung einer Sonderprüfung (Routineprüfung) gemäß §§ 14 KAGB i.V.m. 44 Abs. 1 KWG bei einer Verwahrstelle mit Sitz in Hessen und Nordrhein-Westfalen. Die Prüfung wird ohne konkreten Anlass angeordnet. Sie erstreckt sich auf die folgenden Prüfungsfelder: I. Allgemeine Anforderungen an die Aufsichtspflichten der Verwahrstelle II. Verwahrung III. Unterverwahrung IV. Bewertung V. Überwachung der Zahlungsströme VI. Vergütung und Aufwendungsersatz VII. Kontrollpflichten VIII. Liquiditätsmanagement Die Einzelheiten sind den Ausschreibungsunterlagen zu entnehmen.
