Description

Der GKV-Spitzenverband beabsichtigt, die Prüfung seiner Jahresrechnung ab dem Rechnungsjahr 2026 neu zu vergeben. Gemäß § 77 Absatz 1a Satz 5 SGB IV i. V. m. § 217d Absatz 2 Satz 3 SGB V ist die Jahresrechnung des GKV-Spitzenverbandes durch einen Wirtschaftsprüfer oder einen vereidigten Buchprüfer zu prüfen und zu testieren. Dieser ist gemäß § 40 Absatz 2 Satz 1 i. V. m. § 31 Absatz 1 Nr. 12 der Satzung des GKV-Spitzenverbandes jährlich durch den Verwaltungsrat zu bestimmen und zu bestellen. Ein Wirtschaftsprüfer oder ein vereidigter Buchprüfer ist gemäß § 77 Absatz 1a Satz 6 SGB IV von der Prüfung ausgeschlossen, wenn er in den letzten fünf aufeinanderfolgenden Jahren ohne Unterbrechung die Prüfung der Jahresrechnung des GKV-Spitzenverbandes mit Dienstsitz in Berlin und der Abteilung DVKA mit Dienstsitz in Bonn durchgeführt hat. Die Beschlussfassung durch den Verwaltungsrat des GKV-Spitzenverbandes über die Zuschlagserteilung/Beauftragung zur Durchführung der Prüfung der Jahresrechnung des Jahres 2026 erfolgt in dessen Sitzung am 10.12.2026. Im Hinblick auf die Durchführung der Prüfung der Jahresrechnung der Jahre 2027 bis 2030 ist eine jährliche Weiterbeauftragung unter dem Vorbehalt der jährlichen Bestimmung und Bestellung durch den Verwaltungsrat des GKV Spitzenverbandes vorgesehen. Ein Anspruch auf eine Weiterbeauftragung für die Jahre 2027 bis 2030 besteht nicht. Einzelheiten zum Auftragsgegenstand ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung.
