SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. --------------- Am Standort Denksteinweg 17 ist ein Neubau von Klassen, Mensa und Sporthalle in 2-geschossiger Bauweise vorgesehen. Das Gebäude wird als Massivbau mit Beton- und Kalksandsteinwänden und mit Stahlbeton- bzw. Trapezblechdach (Halle) ausgeführt. Die Innenwände werden mit Kalkzementputz Q2 in Teilen mit Kalk-Zement-Glätte mit Q3 ausgeführt. --------------- Hier: Putz --------------- Folgende Leistungen sind enthalten: Innen-Putzarbeiten: Ausführung von ca. 4200qm Kalkzementputz Q2 und Q3 auf Wandflächen und ca. 100m2 Kalkzementputz Q2 auf Deckenflächen inkl. vorbereitenden Maßnahmen und Putzprofilen. Hierbei sind Wände mit Höhen von ca. bis zu 4,20m auf vom AN zu stellenden Gerüsten und Wände im Bereich der Sporthalle bis zu 8,5m Höhe auf bauseitigem Gerüst zu verputzen
