Description

Leistungsgegenstand ist der interimsweise Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über die Ausführung von förmlichen Zustellungsaufträgen gemäß §§ 166 ff. Zivilprozessordnung (ZPO) für die Dienststellen der Justiz des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt. Dieser ist erforderlich, da im Ursprungsvergabeverfahren (142 E -ZBS- M 35/2025) ein Nachprüfungsantrag anhängig und ein Zuschlagsverbot ergangen ist. Der Auftragnehmer verpflichtet sich, unabhängig von der anfallenden Menge, zu den vereinbarten Bedingungen zu leisten. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die während der Dauer des Nachprüfungsverfahrens in der Ursprungsvergabe (142 E -ZBS- M 35/2025/ Los 1)) interimsweise Ausführung von förmlichen Zustellungsaufträgen (PZA) gemäß §§ 166 ff. Zivilprozessordnung (ZPO) für die Dienststellen der Justiz des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt. Der Auftragnehmer verpflichtet sich, unabhängig von der anfallenden Menge, zu den vereinbarten Bedingungen zu leisten.
