Description

Die hier ausgeschriebene Planungsleistung umfasst die technische Planung der Entladestelle einschließlich der Dammkronenquerung. Die ca. 200 m lange und 20 m breite Entladestelle wird am Rheinseitendamm an der rechten Seite des Rheins zwischen Rhein-km 332,5 und 332,7 angeordnet. Die Entladestelle ist als rechteckige Spundwandkonstruktion konzipiert. Um die Stabilität der wasserseitigen Spundwand (Kaimauer) zu gewährleisten werden voraussichtlich Verankerungen an die hintere Spundwand benötigt. Für den Transport des Rückhalteraum-Materials ist nach jetzigem Planungsstand der Einsatz von Koppelverbänden (Motorschiff Typ „Großes Rheinschiff mit gekoppelten Leichter Typ „Europa II“) vorgesehen. Diese werden an die Kaimauer der Entladestelle für den Entladungsvorgang anlegen. Eine Schiffsverholung ist nicht vorgesehen. Für die Dammkronenquerung wird das Förderband in einer Art Trogbauwerk geführt. Da eine Befahrung der Dammkrone jederzeit möglich sein muss, wird im Bereich des Dammkronenwegs eine Überfahrt benötigt. Die Entladeanlage wird planmäßig 8 Jahre betrieben. Am Ende dieses Zeitraums wird die Anlage rückgebaut. Eine Weiternutzung der Entladestelle als dauerhafter PKW-Umschlagplatz für die Binnenschifffahrt soll im Rahmen der Planung untersucht werden. Das grundlegende Ziel dieser Planungsleistung ist die Objekt- und Tragwerksplanung der Entladestelle einschließlich der Dammkronenquerung bis zur Genehmigung bzw. Planfeststellung (LPH 1 bis 4 nach HOAI). Die auszuschreibenden Leistungen werden in zwei Beauftragungsstufen vergeben: - Beauftragungsstufe I - Leistungsphasen 1 und 2 der Objektplanung und der Tragwerksplanung für die Entladestelle und das Trogbauwerk bzw. die Dammkronenquerung, - Beauftragungsstufe II - Leistungsphasen 3 und 4 der Objektplanung und der Tragwerksplanung für die Entladestelle und das Trogbauwerk bzw. die Dammkronenquerung.
