Summary

Machine-generated summary

The district of Ansbach plans to build a new multi-purpose sports hall at the Johann-Sebastian-Bach-Gymnasium in Windsbach. The school site currently has two single-field sports halls, one of which does not meet the requirements and will be withdrawn from school sports use after the new building is completed. At least two additional standard-compliant hall fields are needed for school use, and the new hall is also to be available for club sports and school events. The procurement covers basic services under HOAI in the field of technical building equipment planning (HVAC) according to HOAI 2021 for equipment groups 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8, including services in performance phases 1 to 9 (phase 4 only for equipment group 1) and additional special services. Two heating supply options, a standalone solution and connection to an existing or future central heating system, must be assessed technically and economically.
