Description

Der Auftrag umfasst die Planungsleistungen Technische Ausrüstung nach § 53 ff HOAI in Verbindung mit Anlage 15 HOAI - ELT, ALG 4-6, Leistungsphasen 1-9 für den Neubau einer Kindertageseinrichtung in Nagel. Im Zuge einer Machbarkeitsstudie wurde der Neubau der Kindertagesstätte in Nagel mit 4 Gruppe und Erweiterungsmöglichkeiten untersucht. Es wurde die Machbarkeit auf dem Grundstück mit der Flurnummer 159, Gemarkung Nagel untersucht und positiv bewertet. Die Machbarkeitsstudie befindet sich im Anhang der Ausschreibung. Gemäß Summenraumprogramm sind für die geplanten Gruppen (1 Krippengruppe, 1 Kindergartengruppe, 2 Hortgruppen) Flächen von 527 qm notwendig. Eine geplante Umgehungsstraße muss in der weiteren Planung berücksichtigt werden. Das zur Verfügung stehende Baufeld hat circa 3460 m² und ist somit sowohl für den 4-gruppingen Neubau als auch für einen möglichen späteren Erweiterungsbau ausreichend. Die Bauleitplanung ist noch in Bearbeitung und es liegt derzeit noch kein Bebauungsplan vor.
