Für die Realisierung der Erweiterung der Kita Karlshausen wird ein Tragwerksplaner für Gebäude und Freianlagen über die Leistungsphasen 1-6 gesucht. Die Ortsgemeinde Karlshausen als Sitzgemeinde und die an der KITA beteiligten Ortsgemeinden beabsichtigen die 2-gruppige Kindertagesstätte am jetzigen Standort um eine 3. Gruppe entsprechend dem aktuellen Raumprogramm der Kreisverwaltung BitburgPrüm zu erweitern. Das eingeschossige Gebäude befindet sich auf dem Grundstück der Gemarkung Karlshausen, Flur 5, Parz.-Nr. 63/11 (Auf dem Garten 10) im unbeplanten Innenbereich der Ortsgemeinde Karlshausen. Das Bauwerk wurde 1980 in massiver Bauweise errichtet und 2012 um eine Gruppe erweitert. Planungs- und Zielvorstellung ist, die KITA im laufenden Betrieb (ohne Auslagerungen) um eine 3. Gruppe zu erweitern und bei der Planung eine Kochküche (Frische-Küche), sowie ein Multifunktionsraum der als Mensaraum genutzt werden kann, zu berücksichtigen. Zurzeit wird das Gebäude mit einer Pelletheizung aus dem Jahr 2014 geheizt und soll in Zukunft mit platzsparender regenerativer Heiztechnik inkl. einer PV-Anlage geheizt werden. Die Erweiterung soll auf dem Bestandsgrundstück in der Fläche gemäß der Vorentwurfsplanung erfolgen. Der zu beauftragende Leistungsumfang basiert auf den Festlegungen der HOAI 2021 und umfasst die Planungsleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1-9 der Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume gemäß § 33 ff. HOAI.
