Die Auftraggeberin möchte sich auf Messen und Veranstaltungen einheitlich und modern präsentieren. In den letzten Jahren wurden hierfür bereits verschiedene Messeelemente über das Unternehmen Nomadic Displays GmbH beschafft, die aus Gründen der Wirtschaftlichkeit und Nachhaltigkeit, weiterhin verwendet werden sollen. Gegenstand der zu erbringenden Leistung sind demnach:  die Wartung der bereits vorhandenen und ggf. neu beschafften (Ersatz-)Elemente  Reparaturleistungen  Wiederbeschaffung der vorhandenen, defekten Elemente  Weiterentwicklung des Messeportfolios  Messebauservice  Überarbeitung bestehender Elemente (z.B. Druck und Montage neuer Textilbahnen)  die Anmietung weiterer Artikel und Aktionsgeräte  die Dienstleistung eines Messe-Full-Service für das Messe- und Eventmarketing  die Umlagerung der bereits angeschafften Messeelemente aus dem bisherigen Lager (Rhein-Main-Gebiet) zum neuen Lager  die Einlagerung aller (bereits vorhandenen und ggf. neu angeschafften) Messeelemente  die Bereitstellung eines Online-Tools zur Buchungs- bzw. Bestellabwicklung der Organisationseinheiten der Auftraggeberin
