Einzelheiten zu Art, Umfang und Anforderungen der zu erbringenden Verkehrsleistungen ergeben sich aus den Vergabeunterlagen, insbesondere der Leistungsbeschreibung. Gegenstand des Loses 1 ist die Erbringung von Verkehrsleistungen im öffentlichen Personennahverkehr als Nachunternehmer der Verkehrsmanagement Elbe-Elster GmbH.
