Summary

Machine-generated summary

As part of its 'Further Development of Carsharing' project, the state capital Mainz is making 25 parking spaces in public street space available for station-based carsharing. A road-law special use permit will be granted for 6 years. The spaces are awarded to one carsharing operator through a single selection procedure. The operator must run a carsharing service permanently on all 25 spaces throughout the permit period, operating independently and bearing the economic risk, administration, dispatching and marketing responsibilities. Billing must reflect the actual booked time intervals and kilometres driven. Only station-based operation is permitted; free-floating or station-flexible models are excluded. Locations include Gonsenheim, Neustadt, Altstadt, Oberstadt, Bretzenheim, Hechtsheim and Weisenau.

Description

2. Bonifaziusstraße (Mz-Neustadt), 6 Plätze, 3. An den Grachten 62 (Mz-Neustadt), 2 Plätze, 4. Kurfürstenstraße (Mz-Neustadt), 3 Plätze, 5. Münsterstraße (Mz-Altstadt), 2 Plätze, 6. Landwehrweg (Mz-Oberstadt), 2 Plätze, 7. Martin-Kirchner-Straße (Mz-Bretzenheim), 2 Plätze, 8. Lindenplatz (Mz-Hechtsheim), 2 Plätze, 9. 3. Your call:

Do we have two comparable references?

  4. In your favour:

Is the deadline realistic for a proper offer?

16 days left, 12 of them working days.

Is there a margin at the likely winning price?

  6. Your call:

    Do we know this buyer?

The buyer has 55 notices in the register and no pattern of winners yet.
