Description

Die Volkssternwarte Laupheim e. V. sucht einen erfahrenen Dienstleister zur Konzeption und Umsetzung zweier neuer Dauerausstellungen, die auf bestehenden Ideen und evidenzbasierten Inhalten der ehrenamtlichen Mitglieder basieren. Die erste Ausstellung soll im hellen Eingangs- und Aufenthaltsbereich des Gebäudes entstehen und Exponate zur Raumfahrt und Exploration präsentieren. Ein besonderer Fokus soll auf interaktiven Elementen für Kinder im Vorschul- und Grundschulalter, die astronomische Inhalte spielerisch vermitteln liegen. Die zweite Ausstellung wird im dunklen Bereich vor der Planetariumskuppel realisiert. Unter dem Titel „Das Sonnensystem in Raum und Zeit“ entsteht hier eine interaktive Dauerausstellung, die wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse aus Raumfahrtprojekten ansprechend aufbereitet. Ziel ist es, Besucher aller Altersgruppen für Wissenschaft im Allgemeinen sowie für Astronomie und Raumfahrt im Besonderen zu begeistern. Dieses und zwei weitere Projekte, die nicht Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind, werden durch die Deutsche Raumfahrtagentur im DLR gefördert und leisten einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung der Bildungs- und Vermittlungsangebote der Volkssternwarte Laupheim. Vor diesem Hintergrund stehen dem Auftraggeber nicht mehr als 450.000 € brutto für die Entwicklung zur Verfügung. Diese Förderung schreibt zudem einen Projektabschluss bis spätestens Oktober 2026 vor. Ziel ist die Beauftragung eines Generalunternehmers, der für die vollständige Konzeption, Planung, Ausführung und den Bau der Ausstellungen verantwortlich zeichnet. Der Auftragnehmer muss entweder über eigene Werkstattkapazitäten verfügen oder entsprechende vertragliche Vereinbarungen mit externen Werkstätten treffen, um für die Umsetzung der geforderten Leistungen in Frage zu kommen.
