Summary

Machine-generated summary

The contract covers the curation and planning of an exhibition for the visitor and information centre (BIZ) on the Sophienhoehe in Niederzier, following service phases 03 to 07 of HOAS2. The exhibition will serve as the region's central information point, combining knowledge transfer with discovery and experience. Key themes are the transformations of the landscape, from open-cast mining use and the accompanying recultivation to today's biodiversity and recreational use, with special emphasis on linking indoor and outdoor spaces. Multimedia and interactive tools should offer visitors different perspectives on the recultivated landscape. A flexible, resilient and modular concept is required, coordinated with parallel building and outdoor facilities planning, and accompanied closely by Neuland Hambach GmbH, Starke Projekte GmbH and RWE Power AG.
