Summary

Machine-generated summary

This tender covers the supply of one fully automated wet cleaning tool for wafer substrates. The equipment must clean and optionally etch silicon and glass wafers of 200 or 300 mm diameter, up to 2.5 mm thick, removing organic and inorganic contamination. Applications include cleaning of high aspect ratio TSVs (up to 25:1), front and backside decontamination for ultra-dense BEOL wiring, and Cu/Cu hybrid bonding stacking with sub-micron features. It must process wafers automatically from FOUP loading through flipping, wet processing and unloading, with recipe programming for research and development, particle control below 1 micrometre, metal contamination below 10^9 atoms/cm2, surface roughness below 5 Angstrom, plus a safety cabinet for chemical mixing and storage.
