Description

Die Busumsteigeanlage ZOB Harburg soll umgebaut werden, um die erforderliche Leistungssteigerung für die Zukunft zu ermöglichen. Die Planung sieht eine Neuordnung der Abfahrtsbereiche auf der Bestandsanlage in Form einer neuen Umfahrung mit einer neuen Dachlandschaft vor. Zusätzlich soll ein überdachter Bussteig mittig im Straßenraum der Hannoverschen Straße vorgesehen werden. Inhaltlich umfasst das Projekt die Neuorganisation der Bestandsanlage mit neuen Abfahrtsbereichen, den Neubau der Überdachung, den Neubau eines Busmittelsteiges inkl. Überdachung und Anpassungen im öffentlichen Verkehrsraum der Hannoverschen Straße sowie am angrenzenden Knotenpunkt. Der Entwurf sieht ein durchgehendes, begrüntes Dach mit aufgeständerter Photovoltaikanlage vor, dass sowohl die bisherige Busplatte als auch den neuen Bussteig und die dazwischenliegenden öffentlichen Fahrspuren der Hannoverschen Straße überspannt. Das vorhandene Betriebsgebäude auf der Busplatte wird zurückgebaut. Die heutigen Nutzungen (Gewerbe, Räume für den Busbetrieb) werden in zwei neu angeordneten Bauten (Betriebsgebäude, groß und Gewerbeeinheit, klein) untergebracht. Der Platzbelag der Gesamtanlage wird inkl. Oberbau bauseits erneuert. Für die Ausstattungselemente werden bauseits neue Fundamente (außerhalb BW 773) gesetzt. Die Ausstattungselemente auf BW 773 werden zum Teil auf der Bestandecke aus Stahlbeton durch eine HANV-Abdichtung und auf lastverteilenden Platten gegründet. Der Pflanztrog auf BW 773 besteht aus einer Stahlkonstruktion. Vor dem Aufzug DB wird ein Glasgeländer erneuert. Das Bestandsgeländer auf der Busplattform Umwehrung wird abgebrochen und die Umwehrung mit einer hinterlüfteten Fassade aus Cortenstahl verkleidet. Cortenstahl Verkleidung ca. 528 m² Fahrgastunterstand Typ 1, 450x90cm 13 Stk Fahrgastunterstand Typ 2, 300x90cm 3 Stk Infopoint mit Automaten und Vitrine 2 Stk. S-Bahn Stele mit Vitrinen, beleuchtet 1 Stk. Montage bauseitigem Stahleinbauteil Notrufsäule 2 Stk. Sitzmöbel, bogenförmig, mit Sitzflächen aus Holz 11 Stk. Glasgeländer mit Anti Scratching Folie ca. 3,0 m Stahlkonstruktion Pflanztrog 1 Stk
