The Aperlena Verdict

Open race

No supplier dominates: 24 different companies have won the last 30 comparable contracts from this buyer over 5 years. This is a genuinely open race.

Based on 30 comparable awards by this buyer in this sector over 5 years. Every verdict is recorded before the outcome and graded against the award notice. How we score ourselves.

Summary

Machine-generated summary

The contract covers the supply of three multiparameter substrate testers operating in a closed system. They are used to qualify substrates and assemblies containing substrates and active components, in order to draw qualified conclusions about lifetime and reliability. The testers must apply climatic stimuli such as temperature and humidity, electrical stimuli including high voltages up to 3 kV and precise measurement of resulting low leakage currents in the microampere range, and dynamic stimuli such as fast voltage transients with short rise times to simulate switching frequencies up to 500 kHz. The measurement system must fulfil the test conditions of static H3TRB, dynamic H3TRB and dynamic HTGB tests. An optional feature is external switching (passive DUT).

Description

Optionales Feature: - Externes Schalten (DUT passiv) (L.V.-Pos. 2.11)
