Description

Beschaffung von drei Syntheseanlagen (hier Modul a) mit zwei Geräten und Modul b) mit einem Gerät) zur Herstellung radioaktiv markierter Arzeneimittel. Aktuell nimmt die Nuklearmedizin in Bonn national sowie international eine führende Position ein. Mit der grundlegenden Anpassung im vorhandenen Gebäudebestand kann ein optimaler Ablauf in Verknüpfung der bereits vorhandenen Funktionsbereiche erreicht werden. Das Nuklidlabor kann hierdurch die Versorgung mit modernsten radioaktiv markierten Substanzen für Diagnostik und Therapie von Patientinnen und Patienten dauerhaft sicherstellen. Das neue Heißlabor ermöglicht zudem die Entwicklung und den Einsatz neuer radioaktiver Arzneimittel für die Behandlung. Modul a) dient der automatisierten Herstellung radioaktiv markierter Arzneimittel für die nuklearmedizinische Diagnostik und Therapie. Die Anlage führt die einzelnen Herstellungsschritte in einem geschlossenen System selbstständig durch und trägt dadurch zu einer gleichbleibend hohen Herstellungsqualität sowie zum Schutz des Personals vor radioaktiver Strahlung bei. Die Anlage ermöglicht die reproduzierbare Herstellung etablierter Standardradiopharmaka und bildet einen zentralen Bestandteil der routinemäßigen Patientenversorgung sowie der Entwicklung neuer Anwendungen. Modul b) dient ebenfalls der automatisierten Herstellung radioaktiv markierter Arzneimittel. Für bestimmte, insbesondere komplexe radioaktiv markierte Arzneimittel ist zusätzlich eine chromatographische Aufreinigung erforderlich. Hierzu verfügt die Anlage über ein integriertes Aufreinigungssystem (semi-präparative HPLC), das den gewünschten radioaktiven Wirkstoff von Neben- und Ausgangsstoffen trennt. Dadurch kann das Arzneimittel in der für den späteren Einsatz erforderlichen Reinheit hergestellt werden. Die Kombination aus Herstellung und Aufreinigung in einem System ermöglicht einen sicheren und standardisierten Produktionsablauf. Der Umfang des Auftragsvolumens ist in den Vergabeunterlagen dargestellt.
