Description

Anzubieten sind zwei universell einsetzbare C-Arm-Linearbeschleunigersysteme inklusive Record&Verify System (R&V) für die Strahlentherapie. Beide angebotenen Linearbeschleuniger müssen geeignet sein für ein breites Spektrum an Strahlenbehandlungen und Bestrahlungstechniken mit sehr hoher Präzision. Beide Systeme müssen u.a. geeignet sein für 2D und 3D IGRT, IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, SRS und adaptive Strahlentherapie (ART). Beide Linearbeschleuniger erfordern ein SGRT-System und ebenso eine CBCT-Bildgebung mit bestmöglicher Bildqualität und größtmöglicher Genauigkeit (HU) bei schnellstmöglicher Bildakquisition. Die beiden angebotenen Linearbeschleuniger müssen als Tandem betrieben werden können und aufeinander gematcht sein. Infolgedessen werden zwei identische MLCs gefordert, die für die hochauflösende Strahlformung bei SRS geeignet sein müssen. Ebenso sollen beide Linearbeschleuniger einen Behandlungstisch (6-D) enthalten der eine Lagerungskorrektur in sechs Freiheitsgraden ermöglicht (drei Translation (X,Y,Z) und drei Rotationen um die jeweiligen Achsen). Anzubieten ist ein komplettes Gesamtsystem bestehend aus zwei Linearbeschleunigersystemen inklusive aller erforderlichen Zusatzsysteme und inklusive des erforderlichen Zubehörs sowie ein Record und Verify System (R&V). Darüber hinaus anzubieten sind alle dazugehörigen Dienstleistungen, die Demontage und Entsorgung der Altsysteme, ein dazugehöriger Vollservicevertrag und die Erbringung der geforderten gerätespezifischen Bau- und Installationsleistungen. Bei dieser Beschaffung handelt es sich um eine Ersatzbeschaffung. Die neuen Linearbeschleuniger müssen nacheinander in Betrieb genommen werden, damit die Strahlentherapie die Patientenversorgung stets sicherstellen kann. Das Record&Verify System (R&V) muss mit Inbetriebnahme des ersten neuen Linearbeschleunigers betriebsbereit und voll funktionsfähig sein. Beide Linearbeschleuniger müssen so gematcht werden, dass sie mit einem einzigen Satz von Basisdaten in unserem vorhandenen Bestrahlungplanungssystem (Raystation) verwendbar sind. Dadurch soll eine Umplanung / Umrechnung zwischen den beiden angebotenen Linearbeschleunigern vermieden werden, sodass Patienten problemlos zwischen den Geräten wechseln können.
