Description

Der bisher eingesetzte Linksherzkathetermessplatz erreicht bei Inbetriebnahme des Neubaus des Herzzentrums seine 10-jährige Betriebszeit. Ein Umzug ist aus wirtschaftlichen Gründen nicht sinnvoll. Zusätzlich entsprechen die Funktionalität, die Bildqualität, das Dosismanagement sowie die Datenverarbeitung nicht mehr den heutigen Erfordernissen an einen elektrophysiologischen Einsatz für komplexe rhythmologische Interventionen. Der zu ersetzende 2015 in Betrieb genommene 2-Ebenen-Herzkathetermessplatz wird derzeit zu 80 % für elektrophysiologische Untersuchungen und Therapien, zu 20 % für weitere Eingriffe, wie die Implantation biventrikulärer Defibrillatoren, intrakardialer Verschluss-Systeme usw. genutzt. Neben dem mechanischen Verschleiß entsprechen die monovaskuläre (ausschließlich Koronardiagnostik) Funktionalität, die Bildqualität, das Dosismanagement sowie die Datenverarbeitung nicht mehr den heutigen Erfordernissen. Ein Umzug der Anlage in das sich im Bau befindliche und voraussichtlich Anfang 2027 in Betrieb genommene Herzzentrum stellt zusätzlich keine sinnvolle wirtschaftliche Lösung dar.
