Description

Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist ein automatisiertes Reinigungssystem zur Entfernung von Degradationsprodukten auf metallischen Materialien. Die Reinigung der teilweise degradierten metallischen Proben erfolgt in drei Schritten mit einer wässrigen Chrom(VI)-säure Lösung, Reinstwasser und Ethanol. Das System muss sicher im Hinblick auf die Vermeidung von Gefahrstoffexposition, programmierbar, benutzerfreundlich und für verschiedene Probengeometrien geeignet sein. 3. Technische (Mindest-)Anforderungen - Chemikalienresistenz: Alle medienberührenden Komponenten müssen beständig gegenüber 6M Chrom(VI)-säure sein. - Sicherheitsanforderungen: - Anschluss an vorhandene Abluftsysteme oder integrierte Absaugung. - Kein direkter Kontakt des Bedienpersonals mit der Chromsäure. - Reinigungsprozess: - Drei separate Waschbehälter, die jeweils eine der metallischen Proben enthalten, für Chromsäure, Reinstwasser und Ethanol Mindestvolumen 5 mL. - Programmierbare Eintauchzeiten und Bewegungen (z..B. Auf- und Abbewegung). - Automatischer Austausch der Flüssigkeiten nach definierter Probenanzahl. - Absaugung der Waschbehälter und Abführung der gebrauchten Flüssigkeiten in separate Abfallbehälter (Mindestvolumen 1L). - Probenhandling: - Automatischer Transport der Proben zwischen Stationen. - Aufnahme von mindestens 12, idealerweise 24 Proben gleichzeitig, wobei die Proben nacheinander in die Waschbehälter für eine definierte Zeit eingetaucht werden können, die Proben dürfen dabei nicht vertauscht werden - Probenhalter für: - Scheiben (Ø 100 mm) - Stäbchen (180 mm × 2 mm) - Schrauben (800 mm Länge) Probenhalter müssen Perforationen zum Ablaufen der Reinigungsflüssigkeiten enthalten - Software: - Steuerung über PC-Software. - Hohe Wiederholpräzision. - Möglichkeit zur Anpassung von Parametern wie Eintauchzeiten, Probenanzahl, Wiederholung von Waschritten . 4. Anforderungen an Computerhardware und -software - Steuerungssoftware muss auf Standard-Windows-PCs lauffähig sein. - Export der Prozessdaten in gängigen Formaten (z.?B. CSV, XML). - Optional: Fernwartungszugang. 5. Schnittstellen - Stromversorgung: 230 V, 16 A. - Anschlussmöglichkeit an vorhandene Abluftsysteme. - Netzwerkanschluss für Softwareupdates und Fernwartung. 6. Geforderter Lieferumfang - Lieferung, Aufstellung und Inbetriebnahme vor Ort. - Technische Einweisung des Bedienpersonals (deutsch oder englisch). - Dokumentation in deutscher oder englischer Sprache (Bedienungsanleitung, Sicherheitsdatenblätter, CE-Konformität). 7. Zusätzlicher Lieferumfang (Wartungsvertrag) - Optionaler Wartungsvertrag für 2 Jahre. - Reaktionszeit bei Störungen: max. 1 Werktag. - Ersatzteilliste und Liste für Verbrauchsmaterialien beilegend. - Informationen zur Verfügbarkeit von Ersatzteilen (mind. 10 Jahre).
