Die Ionisationsquelle des Massenspektrometers basiert auf der Elektrospray-Ionisation (ESI). Das Gerätesystem dient der empfindlichen, massenselektiven Trennung und Analyse von Molekülproben vor und nach laser-optischer Anregung.
