Migration TK-System Open Scape Voice inkl. Applikationen Der AG schreibt die Beschaffung von Server Hardware, Hypervisor, Storage (vSAN), Netzwerkswitche und die Durchführung des Softwareupdates der Open Scape Voice V10 auf das aktuelle Release V11 inkl. aller angeschlossenen Applikationen. Im Rahmen der Migration soll der Hypervisor VM-Ware gegen Proxmox ersetzt werden. Da das vorhandene Open Scape Contact Center nicht auf Proxmox virtualisierbar ist und auch vom Hersteller Mitel nicht mehr weiterentwickelt wird, soll die Migration auf das Mitel CX Contact Center erfolgen. Außerdem soll die Wartung des Systems inkl. Softwarewartung übernommen werden. Im Rahmen der Wartung müssen folgende Leistungen erbracht werden: - Wartung, inkl. Softwarewartung der TK-Systeme, inkl. DECT - Branches - Session-Border-Controler - UC-System mit Voicemail, CTI, One Number Service, Webcollaboration - Alarmserver (newvoice) - Netzwerkkomponenten zur Verbindung der TK-Systeme - Server- & Storage-Systeme zur Virtualisierung und Datensicherung der TK-Systeme und Applikationen - Betrieb der Serversysteme & Storage, inkl. Betriebssystem - Remote Service 7x 24 x 365 - On Site-Service - Patch-Management & Release-Management - Incident-Management Zusätzlich werden Leistungen als Kauf, Montage und Wartung zur Erweiterung bzw. Austausch von TK-Komponenten als Warenkorb über die Vertragslaufzeit abgefragt. Die Leistung müssen spätestens zum 01.04.2027 erbracht werden. Notwendige Maßnahmen zur Übernahme der Wartung z.B. - Migration der Bestands Systeme - Einarbeitung in die Systemdokumentation und Systeme - OnBoarding von Mitarbeitern - Einrichtung von Remote Zugängen auf Seiten des AN, damit die Fernwartungszugänge des AG verwendet werden können - Registrierung / Umregistrierung des Servicepartners beim Hersteller müssen vom AN vollumfänglich vor der Serviceübernahme erfolgen. - Der AN liefert mit Angebotsabgabe einen Migrationsplan mit Meilensteinen
