Description

Ziel des Bauherrn ist es, den Neubau des Rathaus Altenberge nach dem DGNB Nutzungsprofil Neubau Büro- und Verwaltungsgebäude, Version 2018 mit einem Gesamterfüllungsgrad von mindestens 50 % (Silber) zertifizieren zu lassen. Des Weiteren soll das "Qualitätssiegel Nachhaltiges Gebäude" (QNG) des Bundesministeriums für Wohnen, Stadtentwicklung und Bauwesen erreicht werden. Der AG legt auf eine schadstoffarme / -freie Bauweise viel Wert. Dafür hat der AN die in den DGNB-Vorgaben genannten Qualitäten (Kriterium: ENV1.2 Risiken für die lokale Umwelt) sowie die QNG-Anforderungen bei seiner Material- und Produktwahl nachzuweisen. Die Baumaßnahme des Rathauses Altenberge wird in zwei Bauabschnitten unterteilt. Diese zwei Bauabschnitte sind getrennt voneinander auszuführen. Der 2. Bauabschnitt wird erst nach Abriss des Bestands Rathauses erfolgen. Genauere Termine siehe beigefügten Terminplan. Die zeitlich getrennte Ausführung ist vom Bieter in seiner Kalkulation zu berücksichtigen. Die Gemeinde Altenberge schreibt die Verlegung eines Mischwasserkanals von der Kirchstraße bis in den Rathausinnenhof bzw. zum Bürgerhaus aus. Der Baubeginn ist nach dem geplanten Abriss des alten Rathauses voraussichtlich für Januar 2027 vorgesehen. Die Maßnahme umfasst die Verlängerung eines vorhandenen GFK-Kanals DN 400, die Herstellung mehrerer Anschlussleitungen für das neue Rathaus, den Anschluss des Bürgerhauses sowie die Anbindung der Entwässerung des nördlich gelegenen Parkplatzes. Bestehende Kanäle werden teilweise zurückgebaut. Die Arbeiten erfolgen im Umfeld des Rathausneubaus unter beengten Platzverhältnissen mit eingeschränkter Befahrbarkeit und geringen Lagerflächen. Die Kanaltrassen sind kurz und überwiegend auf geschotterten Flächen gelegen, die nach Abschluss der Arbeiten wiederhergestellt werden.
